As clients meet with me to discuss leadership, inevitably the conversation turns to decision-making. Making decisions is one of the most taxing job responsibilities that leaders have. As you meditate on your shoes you are exposing your unconscious, nonverbal patterns. It is a little bit like looking in a mirror. Your well-worn shoes reflect your life’s rhythms. Your shoes mold to the vibration of your path.
The wear of your shoes tells you where you have been. Not physically. Hitting the First Milestone of a Goal: How Good it Feels
